My name is Cheryl Ann Regan. I am attempting to trace my roots. My father was Cecil E. Regan from Dinuba CA. My grandparents came to CA from Louisiana in the 40s my grandfathers mother was from MississippiLouisiana area, never knewheard talk of his name. My grandfathers name was Cecil E. Regan he had a brother B.F. Regan who lived in Maryland, a brother Junior I dont know his birth name Tynner, sister Rita not sure what her birth last name was.
